Barbecue at the villa

ya today are so happy
we are doing barbecue at the villa

we are serve fresh pork meat and so sis, some vegetable and also we are make cocktail from Balinese alcohol ( Brem )

Fresh Organic salad

Today I take some of the vegetable from our garden an we are making  salad for our guest

this is really great, and fresh , 

I hope I could take vegetable everyday from our garden

Morning Yoga

Healthy Yoga is really good if we are doing in the morning

so  sometime the guests doing  yoga in the morning,  before they are getting  breakfast
